Referred by Hughes Brothers on Market. I called 3x with questions about a 4x4 service the dealership told me I needed. They answered all my questions nicely and did the service at 1/3 the price the dealership wanted.

★☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience. My fiancé relies on his truck for work. When the transmission failed, he chose the premium replacement with a 100,000-mile warranty for about $5,000 instead of the lower-cost option with a 30,000-mile warranty because he wanted the most reliable solution. Almost immediately after installation, the truck began making unusual noises and would not shift properly. He returned to the shop, where a clip on the shift linkage was replaced, and we were charged for the repair even though the issue arose shortly after the transmission installation. Soon after, the transmission started shifting hard and having additional problems. Because it was still under warranty, he took it back expecting the issue to be addressed. Instead, he was told the truck had been neglected and had bad U-joints, and that there was nothing they could do. Our concern is simple: if the truck was in such poor condition, why was that not discussed before accepting $5,000 for a transmission replacement and selling a 100,000-mile warranty? We paid extra for reliability, peace of mind, and warranty protection on a vehicle that support

Called to ask about getting a transmission diagnosis for a transmission not in my vehicle, just curious if that is a possibility (knowing it's possible to an extent) got a rude remark back from Mike saying that "it's kinda hard to diagnose a transmission that's not in the vehicle" in a very unprofessional tone. I hung up and called the next shop who was very nice and went over the issues I was having over the phone and tried to trouble shoot with me. By the end of my phone call with the other gentleman I got offered to bring the transmission (out of vehicle) in so he could look at it for me. Well it doesn't end there, I just brushed Mikes poor attitude off and wasn't going to bother with a poor Google review. Until today I check my voicemail just to find that Mike had left a crappy voicemail stating not to call his shop again! Okay Mike, trust me when I say you won't have to worry about that lol. I never got a crappy tone back in my voice towards him and never said anything to deserve his terrible attitude. He just couldn't handle the fact that I didn't want to do business with someone who talks to there customers that and hung up. I'd buy a remand transmission and have a mobile me

I had my clutch, master & slave cylinder replaced. I had this all replaced years ago and it was night and day in comparison. The price was beyond reasonable, but the stand out exceptionalism came with how quickly this was done. I dropped my car off at night when they were closed and before the days end on the very next day, it was completed!! With another well known shop, years ago, my car was in the shop for weeks before it was completed. I am genuinely shocked with how fast they were able to get this taken care of. My car is driving like a dream now! Michael was fantastic with communication and let me know what was going on every step of the way. This was the most top notch, professional, thorough job I have ever experienced with a mechanic. I was respected as a female, which I can go on and on about how rare that is and not having a mechanic try to sell me extensive unnecessary services or talk to me like I’m incompetent….. This shop will be the only shop I go to and I cannot recommend them enough!!

This place is great! Darryl is super nice and informative. My car is running the Best it ever has! I have a Chrysler Crossfire that the dealership wouldn't touch. Econo took my car right in and fixed it.
